Shutar Shawpno is a multi vendor e commerce platform that connects customers, vendors, delivery personnel, and marketplace administrators through a single application.

The platform enables independent vendors to manage their own stores, products, inventory, promotions, and orders while administrators oversee marketplace operations, vendor management, payments, reporting, and platform configuration.

Designed with a modular Laravel architecture, the system supports business growth through secure role based access, scalable backend services, REST APIs, and flexible third party integrations.

Business Challenge

Building a multi vendor marketplace is significantly more complex than developing a traditional online store.

The platform needed to support multiple independent vendors while maintaining centralized control over products, orders, payments, commissions, inventory, and customer experiences.

Each vendor required isolated operational workflows while administrators needed complete visibility into marketplace performance, financial transactions, and business operations.

The system also had to integrate multiple payment providers, shipping workflows, customer accounts, and notification services without compromising performance or maintainability.

Solution

The platform was developed using Laravel with a modular architecture that separates customer, vendor, and administrative operations.

Customers can browse products, place orders, track deliveries, and manage their accounts through a responsive storefront.
